About the role
Müller's Solutions is looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our SAP practice and deliver HR transformation projects for enterprise clients across the Middle East. This is a fully remote role: you can work from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Lebanon or India, collaborating with our Riyadh team and client stakeholders. You will design, configure and roll out SuccessFactors modules, run workshops with HR teams, and support clients from blueprint through go-live and hypercare.
What you need
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations
- Strong configuration skills in Employee Central plus at least one talent module (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals or Compensation)
- Experience with Integration Center, Intelligent Services or integrations with SAP HCM / S/4HANA
- Ability to run client workshops and write functional designs
- Excellent English; Arabic is a strong plus
- SuccessFactors certification is preferred
