ServiceNow Quality Assurance Secops Analyst

About the role

You decide whether a large ServiceNow program goes live with confidence. The platforms you test run IT, HR, customer and security operations for enterprises and government entities across Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf. What you'll do • Own the test strategy for ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM and SecOps (SIR / VR). • Design and maintain a reusable test automation framework built on ATF, with Selenium where the UI demands it. • Write and execute test plans, cases and regression suites for each release, update set and upgrade. • Validate Flow Designer flows, IntegrationHub spokes and custom integrations through REST and SOAP, using Postman. • Test Service Portal and Now Experience UI components across roles, devices and browsers. • Verify CMDB data quality, Discovery results and service mapping against agreed models. • Check Performance Analytics dashboards and indicators for accurate data and sound logic. • Review Glide API and JavaScript code and configuration with developers to catch defects early. • Track defects and test progress in JIRA, report quality risks clearly, and mentor junior testers within Agile Scrum teams.

What you need

• 6+ years in software QA, including at least 4 years testing ServiceNow implementations.
• Hands-on testing experience in ITSM plus at least two of ITOM, HRSD, CSM or SecOps.
• Proven ATF experience: building test suites, parameterized tests and custom steps, and running them in CI-style release cycles.
• Solid JavaScript and Glide API skills, enough to read server and client scripts and write test logic.
• Experience testing REST and SOAP integrations with Postman, including authentication, payloads and error handling.
• Working knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Experience designing a test automation framework, including Selenium, and managing regression testing.
• Active ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
• ITIL 4 knowledge and experience in Agile Scrum delivery using JIRA.
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken.
• Nice to have: ServiceNow Test Management 2.0 experience.
• Nice to have: ITIL 4 Foundation certification or a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist credential.
• Nice to have: Experience testing Performance Analytics or Service Portal at scale.
• Nice to have: Experience on public-sector or large enterprise programs in the Gulf.
• Nice to have: Working Arabic.
